Hi Friends,
Some of you I have known for what seems like forever and others I have just met a few months or days ago. This letter is to thank you for all the love you give me everyday. Thank you for understanding that I am human and have good and bad days, good and bad moments. You always listen to me and understand me. I see how the lives of each one of you changes. There are many times I don’t tell you, but I love listening and seeing how every day you try harder to learn something new. Learning a language is not easy. It is difficult. It has taken me years and every day I learn new things. Sometimes I can see that you are sad or tired, but you enter my class and give the best energy and effort. There are days like today that I feel sad and overwhelmed, but when I connect with you in class, my life changes. Despite everything, we’re learning together. When people ask me what my favorite day of the week is, I always answer Monday because it is the day that after two days without classes I see my students. That gives me energy. Thank you for taking classes with me and helping me change my life. Love you.
